For decades, the nursing profession has been boxed into bedside care—undervalued, overburdened, and underrepresented in spaces of power. But a new chapter is unfolding. 𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝟮.𝟬  is a strategic convening for nurses who dare to grow. Demanding systems-level impact—and building it. This full-day forum brings together nurses who have made decisive transitions—from emergency rooms to executive suites, from patient triage to policy tables, from burnout to boardrooms. These aren’t aspirational anecdotes. These are blueprints of economic mobility, career sovereignty, and professional redefinition. We are not here to celebrate resilience. We are here to challenge systems, confront career ceilings, and provide nurses with the clarity, community, and frameworks needed to scale. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁: 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 from nurses-turned-entrepreneurs, strategists, academics, and policy shapers 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽-𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 on building multi-disciplinary careers without abandoning your clinical core 𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 about burnout, misalignment, and the politics of nursing reinvention A rare 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 with high-agency peers equally invested in legacy—not just titles This is a recalibration for those who’ve outgrown bedside routines but refuse to exit the profession altogether. Because the future of nursing won’t be built in isolation—or inside hospital walls. It will be built in rooms like this
